The Office of Special Programs (OSP) at the University of Central Florida's (UCF's) College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) is headquarters for the ISTF Why Engineering Survey. The OSP is located in the Research Pavilion at the Central Florida Research Park adjacent to UCF.
